How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items from our partners or the special artisan section will ship from where ever the maker has set up shop. 

We also ship certain products from the US. These will be delivered by USPS, Fedex or UPS depending on the situation. Products shipping from the US will be marked as “Ships From The US” in the product descriptions. Packages to European destinations may be sent using Royal Mail.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you. If you require specialized delivery services, please let us know and we will do our best to ensure that you are fully satisfied.

What about customs fees and taxes?

We are not responsible for any custom fees and taxes once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees or taxes when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping service that you select. Our default shipping is free shipping where the final leg of the delivery will depend on the efficiency of the regular services of your local post office and customs office. Some shipments from our affiliate partners may require additional shipping charges. From our experience, here are some delivery estimates to various locations:

  • Africa: 15 to 45 business days
  • Asia: 8 to 20 business days
  • Australia/New Zealand: 10-30 business days
  • Central & South America: 15 to 30 business days
  • Europe: 8 to 20 business days
  • North America : 8 to 20 business days

Will you provide tracking Information?

Yes, once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. For some shippers, there is a slight delay before the tracking number becomes active and has proper tracking information about the package. In case of any questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
