Who/What is Fabulous Gift Shop?

The Fabulous Gift Shop is part of the Fabulous Brand of stores with a global distribution network. Our stores are all online and our distribution locations can be found all around the world including in Australia, China, Hong Kong, US, and the UK. We’ve located our distribution centers in such a way so as to bring shipping costs to a minimum and use the closest postal provider to you – the buyer.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we will email you the tracking number for the order. In most cases, you will be able to start tracking it on your postal providers website. You can also track your order using our Tracking Your Order page

How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

How are shipping costs calculated?

We provide FREE shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you. If you require specialized delivery services, please let us know and we will do our best to ensure that you are fully satisfied.

Where does my order ship from?

As we are a global platform connecting customers with manufacturers and distributors, your order could ship from a variety of locations. We do our best to ensure that the delivery time plays an important factor when shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping service that you select. Our default shipping is free shipping where the final leg of the delivery will depend on the efficiency of the regular services of your local post office and customs office.

From our experience, here are some delivery estimates to various locations:

  • Africa: 15 to 45 business days
  • Asia: 8 to 20 business days
  • Australia/New Zealand: 10-30 business days
  • Central & South America: 15 to 30 business days
  • Europe: 8 to 20 business days
  • North America : 8 to 20 business days

Note:  The actual delivery will depend on the status of the postal services.
